For 10 years I have been providing creative and innovative marketing solutions for media companies and businesses large and small. My most recent projects have involved the creation and launch of a social network as well as numerous niche websites. I have held upper management positions responsible for branding, communications and PR. Community Development initiatives: identifying strategic partnerships with new & existing blogs, blogger meet and greets, community ascertainments, launch events and training for local businesses bloggers on shooting, editing & uploading video. Build & launch: Identify vendor and custom Content Management System supporting: personalization, “Google-like” widgets, strategic partners and ad integration. Develop long range strategic objectives to grow brands and awareness of television channels across multiple platforms including: broadcast, web, radio, cable television, newspaper, and billboards. Work closely with local sales team designing and implementing online revenue generating initiatives.

Responsible for department budget and network /syndicated co-op dollars, training, hiring and building a strong team of 4 full-time creative professionals as well as 2 part-timers. Approved and revised scripts working with staff to improve production values station-wide. Served as Art Director re-designing station graphics giving new updated look to outdated station-branding package. Implement new traffic system and control on-air inventory.
